As i build up to present at the ITSMF forum in 2016, it is obvious that the power of Peer to Peer support models in IT are a real force and not a fad. In my last post i spoke about Gartner endorsing peer to peer in their ITIL 2.0 model and now the vendors are following through with a range Features. For those running enterprise class we have ServiceNow and their Social Q&A offering (which Tingle Tree are pioneering in the first A/NZ implementation). If you are with ServiceNow’s enterprise competitors, BMC, HP, Summit and Axios all have peer to peer in their most recent stacks. And if you are at the niche end of town, Atlassian Confluence Questions and crowd pioneers Zendesk have some great features too. So what’s stopping you becoming a thought leaders in this space and harness the power of the crowd – the vendors are ready to support you!
